Cancellation Policy
Adra Glenn Consulting 1. **Deposits:** - All deposits made to secure appointments are nonrefundable. - Deposits will be credited towards the total cost of the service. 2. **Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. - Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 3. **No Show Fee:** - A $25 no-show fee will be charged if the client is not available or does not answer during the scheduled appointment time. 4. **Rescheduling:** - Clients may reschedule appointments by calling 615.926.2346 or emailing us at info@adra-glenn.com 24 hours in advance without incurring additional fees. 5. **Refund Policy:** - Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Adra Glenn Consulting.
