Cancellation Policy

Notary Service Policy Client Responsibilities Clients must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of the notarial service. It is the client's responsibility to ensure all documents are compleye and ready for notarization prior to the appointment. Incomplete documents or missing identification may result in the inability to perform the notarization. Service Fee: Fees for notary services are based on the type of document, the numberof notarizations required,and any applicable travel charges ( for mobile notary services). All fees will be disclosed prior to the service being performed and must be paid at the time of service. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your scheduled notary service, please notify us at least 24-48 hrs of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $25. This fee compensates for the time reserved and administrative coste associated withthe scheduled service. Adra Glenn Consulting has the right to refused any service, Our nortaries are bound by law and ethical guidelines. Therefore we will refuse service if proper identification is not provided, the signer appears unwilling, coered, or unable to understand the document, uncomplete or presents legal concerns, or the act requested exceeds the notary's authorized duties under state law. All fees are un-refundable once the notarization are completed. Adra Glenn Consulting is committed to protecting your privacy.
