Cancellation Policy

Client Responsibilites Clients are responsible for providing all necessary and accurate financial documentation required for the preparation of their tax returns.Failure to provide complete information may result in filing delays or errors for which ASG Tax Service llc cannot be held liable. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the tax returns prepared, the final responsibility for the information presented rests with the client. If errors are discovered after filing due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client, the client will be responsible for any penalties or interest incurred. Service Fees: Service fees for tax preparation will be communicated upfront before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your tax preparation service, please notify us at least 48 hrs of the appointment will incur a cancellation fees of $50. This fee compensates for the time reserved and administrative costs associated with the scheduled service. We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during the tax preparation process will be handled with the upmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of preparing your tax return. We comply with appicable data protection laws to safeguard your information. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
